Thanks to intraining Running Centre, you have the chance to take part in tailored training sessions with specialist running coaches.

The Weekly Training Sessions Guide offers a variety of intermediate and beginner sessions aimed at the weekend warrior who is looking to take up the challenge of the 2011 Nova 106.9 Mousdash.  Weekly intraining group sessions are also a great way to complement your own training program and provide an opportunity to train with other runners.

Along with the Weekly Session Guide, we also have a 'Beginners Guide' offering a mix of walking and low intensity running.  This is a fantastic introductory guide for less experienced runners and can even be used to build a foundation for making the transition into running group sessions closer to the event.
