In 2010 three unique events in three unique locations were launched to form the inaugural Queensland Ocean Swim Series.

Each event in the Series has been designed to complement and celebrate the unique character of each iconic destination.

• Wrecked - swim around sunken shipwrecks at a world famous island resort
• Cooly Classic - from one famous surf break to another
  
• Kings of the Coast - take up the ultimate open water swimming challenge

From beginners to the experienced ocean swimmer, the series provides an ideal personal or corporate challenge in a fun, safe and social environment.  There are also course options to cater for all abilities and fitness levels.

So whether you're a competitive swimmer or a weekend warrior, join us for the 2011 Queensland Ocean Swim Series and set your sights on conquering three of Queensland's iconic destinations - Tangalooma, Coolangatta and Caloundra.

Each event in the Queensland Ocean Swim Series was designed to allow your support crew (family and friends) to follow your progress and either walk the beach or cycle the paths before meeting you at the finish line. Stay tuned for course & spectator maps which will be added here shortly...

Throughout the 2010 Queensland Ocean Swim Series we have had two fantastic Major Prizes up for grabs thanks to Pacific Swims.

Prize #1: Overall Series Winner - Congratulations JACKSON VAN DER ZANT!

Jackson had an outstanding series with a win at Coolangatta and 2nd place at both Tangalooma and Caloundra in very close finishes.
